Squad System

Alright the Squad system is in effect now.
I'm keeping the Squads at a minimum of 13 Squads with as many Squad members as possible.
Each Squad has to have a Captain or someone represented as the leader of their squad.
Note:You don't have to join a squad its totally up to you. Just keep in mind if you aren't in a Squad you won't be in any RA^ episodes,promos,or player match ups. Joining a Squad is very recommended.
I'm not much of a Power Control Freak so I could really careless about who's in charge of me in a squad.
However,
I am the primary Leader of the clan with or without Squads.
With that said I will be in charge of the Squad I'm assigned to unless I give the Squad Captain position to another member.
(Which is a option all Captains have)
The Squad Idea was something I thought of just to keep track of the clans media exposure.
But,
I see now that this is taking effect very fast and Can help out with a lot more then Media exposure.
For an Example:
If we were in a war I could easily Say
"Squads 12, and 5 We have a war with $B's Captains assign who you think is most compatible with the opposite clan"
Making things easier for most of us.
Now, I won't say it will be like that all the time.
Most times I might just assign a lineup myself based on who I think is most compatible with the opposing Clan.
The Squads would just make this task a lot easier.
Most people think of the Bleach Squads or Naruto Teams when you hear the word "Squad" in our lingo.
I for one do watch both of these Anime series and I like how things are organized on the shows.
However,
Our Squad System isn't going to be a complete copy of what you see on the Show.
This is a brawl clan that is growing pretty rapidly.
The Squads will help organize the clan but it won't be ran like Bleach or Naruto
ie: If Some decides to run away like Sasuke, I'm not going to run and look for your ass your on your own and you can return when you want.
another ie:
If a Captain/Main owner of the clan decides to Betray us taking all of his members you more then likely won't be missed Captain Aizen.
So keep in mind the anime's are cool shows but I'd rather not have members taking actions that could destroy the clan.
Another thing that Might be different is the Process in which you gain your ranks.
For an example right now we have 6 out of 13 Squads in this clan.
If a new captain is Appointed he/she will be given a Squad number to take command and control of for the clan.
If and when we run out of Squad numbers and a new member wants to become a Squad He will have to get recommondation from 6 Squad Captains and Approval from 7 others.
Therefore leading us to Create another Squad number.
This will probably only happen if we merge with another clan or something.
Alright now to the official Ranks
Captain: The leader of their Squad in the clan and are usually very high skilled in brawl or very well respected among his/her members. Captains Can take place in war and even take someone out of war if they want to. Captains are able to take place in Captain private meetings, Make merge agreements after discussing a Captain meeting and Approve,deny,and plan a war. A Captain is in charge of his/her Squad and will have to take responsibilty for his/her members.
Ways of becoming a Captain :
1. Approval and/or vote of all members required to become a Captain. (Have to be approved by Captain leaders and discussed in Captain meetings.)
2. 3 Stocking of 13 or more Lieutenants or 2 stocking of 7 Captains. (Which will still have to be approved by Captain leaders and discussed in Captain meetings.)
3. Having a lump some of brawlers at your arsenal and are looking forward to a merge with RA^.
Lieutenant
A lieutenant is the Second in command of a RA^ Squad. They are aloud to discuss war with other clans but must report any sign of a war challenge to a Captain. Lieutenants are aloud to ban members for a maximum if 5 hours and must report why to the Captains. Lieutenants are able to set up war lineups as well. There can be a maximum of 3 Lieutenants in a Squad. If a Captain departs,unable to play or betrays the clan the most respected or skilled lieutenant must step up and take the position of Captain.
Ways of becoming a Lieutenant
1. A Captain assigns you the position and you know how to spell the word "Lieutenant" lol lol
erum but I'm serious you have to know how to spell it.
2. Members vote you as a Lieutenant.
Squad Troop
A regular Squad Member and skilled.
No particular privileges
A trainee
Cadet
Basic Noob of your squad
There can be more then 1 lol
Most barely get on brawl or the clan
Those are the 13 Squad Ranks and Purpose of RA^
